| First overseas offices of our company were opened late 1930s in Shanghai, |
| Dalian and Qingdao, China. |

| The last half of 20th century, we started to make inroads into the U. S. A.. We opened |
| representative offices in Los Angeles (1966) and New York (1971). |

| In 1972, Los Angeles office was corporated into CALSAK CORPORATION, then, in 1974, |
| New York office was also corporated into AMSAK CORPORATION. Mainly, |
| CALSAK handles plastic materials and chemicals, AMSAK handles bolts/nuts and |
| other metal products. |

| In China, we opened a representative office at Qingdao, Shandong province in 1987, then |
| moved it to Shanghai in 1990. The representative office was corporated in 2004 as |
| K. SAKAI (SHANGHAI) & CO., LTD. |
